Saturday, April 12, 2008, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Papers will be presented on various aspects of memory (nostalgia, historicism, cultural tradition, etc.) as they pertain to Johannes Brahms’s music and its reception. Presenters include: Daniel Beller-McKenna (UNH), Robert Eshbach (UNH), Marjorie Hirsch (Williams College), Tobias Huenermann (UNH/University of Cologne); Benjamin Korstvedt(Clark University), Ryan Minor (SUNY Stony Brook), and Jacquelyn Sholes (Brandeis University).
